The Michelin Guide has not only awarded new stars in Germany but also described new trends. All told, the number of restaurants in Germany with one or more Michelin stars is now at the new peak of 292 establishments.

“Kaffee und Kuchen” is a typical German tradition. Depending on the region, it is also known as “Kaffeekränzchen” or “Kaffeeklatsch”.
