Please note that the appointments offered on this system are the earliest and the only appointments available. Due to a high demand there can be a waiting period for appointments for several weeks. Therefore we are unable to offer you a short term appointment. We ask you to make an appointment as early as possible - preferably 6 months before your passport expires - to arrange an appointment. Please note that we operate a block appointment system whereby several applicants are booked in the same time slot. Therefore please expect waiting time.

Only in extreme emergencies (death or illness of a family member) we can offer individual emergency appointments. In that case, please send us an email:

Email Embassy

You can also send a fax with your contact details to 0207 824 1449 or call our emergency telephone hotline on 0207 8241 426.

Although we are keen to respond to your email and fax enquiries as soon as we can, we have a huge daily influx of emails and faxes, and therefore a processing time is necessary before we can answer all enquiries.
